I operate as a roving cinematographer throughout the live event, capturing the raw intensity of competition across all stages and categories. Purchasing a package guarantees you priority status: I strictly prioritize table visits for booked clients over non-booked participants.

More categories = more coverage. I will visit your table multiple times across each of your category rounds. If you compete in several categories, you naturally accumulate more visits and therefore more footage and photos. Stepping on stage to receive an award also adds additional recording time and photo opportunities.

Note: I retain creative autonomy to briefly cover judges, crowd reactions, and other event highlights to capture the full atmosphere. I cannot remain at a single table continuously, as this is a multi-table live environment.

Raw individual video files in Vertical Full HD (1080p 9:16), 8 bit. No editing services or finished films included. Designed for clients who wish to edit their own content for Reels or TikTok.

Because this footage is derived from 7K and 8K full frame sensors, the color depth and skin tones are far more defined and natural than any mobile phone with smaller sensors.

Cloud download link sent within 48 to 72 hours post event.

This package can be purchased after the event. Timing influences what you receive, but the value in the footage itself is independent of when you book.

If you book before the event: Your name is on my radar from the moment coverage begins. I actively seek you out, visit your table with greater frequency, and treat your footage as a confirmed priority. This is the version of this package that works hardest for you.

If you book after the event: The package is fulfilled from footage captured during the natural flow of coverage. Even at the 60-second minimum, you receive cinema-grade material shot from angles and positions that no phone camera or bystander recording will ever replicate. Most participants at this event will leave with no footage of themselves at all. This is footage that, without a booking, simply would not exist. To qualify, your performance must appear for a minimum of 60 seconds across any combination of rounds, categories, or moments. Variety and mixture both count toward this total.

If the 60-second minimum is not met and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Please note: I do not offer footage search services. Locating a specific individual within hours of event recording requires more than an hour of dedicated work. I reserve the right to decline such requests based on my availability and time capacity. Booking in advance is by far the most reliable way to ensure your coverage.

I sell world class imagery, not volume. The final count depends on your activity level: participating in multiple categories or advancing to the podium generates more opportunities for capture. Galleries typically range from 30 elite images to 300+ files.

• Scenario A (iPhone): If schedules align post event, files are AirDropped directly to you on site.
• Scenario B (Android / Rush): Upload from hotel on high speed WiFi. You receive a SwissTransfer link same evening*.

Either way, you receive assets days before the standard queue.

* Same evening delivery is subject to your position in the booking queue. Bookings are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Regardless of your queue position, Authority clients are always guaranteed the fastest available delivery window, far ahead of both the Starter and Essential packages.

The massive 4K Master Files are delivered via cloud link within the first week post event. These are 10 bit Cinema Quality files.
